Refund Policy
1. Capital Deployment Architecture
Due to the highly technical nature of our inbound and outbound logic structures, capital deployed for infrastructural setup, proprietary software scripting, and data aggregation is non-refundable once the build architecture is initiated.
2. Subscription Protocols
For retainer-based lead generation clusters and continuous data enrichment matrices, subscriptions may be terminated adhering to a 30-day notice cycle. Pre-paid capital covering periods beyond the 30-day cessation window will be analyzed for potential prorated refunds.
3. Lead Delivery Thresholds
We do not refund based on individual lead disqualifications, provided the aggregate volume meets the pre-agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) specifications. Logic parameters for what constitutes a "Qualified Lead" must be established during the initial technical alignment phase.
4. Force Majeure Outages
Falcient Digital LLC holds zero liability for temporary dips in outreach volume due to global network outages, severe third-party API changes, or unpredictable algorithmic shifts from major email/search providers. Refunds will not be issued for service disruptions outside our structural control.
5. Dispute Resolution Protocol
All refund and billing discrepancies must be submitted via verified email channels within 14 days of the disputed billing cycle. Discrepancies logged post-deadline will be systematically rejected.
